Rimmel London Wake Me Up Wonder’full Mascara – Review

Assalaam-u-Alaikum beautylillies ❤

So here comes a review post after quite long; I believe 😀

Mascara! My absolute favourite cosmetic amongst all and today I hereby proclaim my love for the “Rimmel London Wake Me Up Wonder’full” mascara. Want to know why? Let’s get to the review-reading ride!!!!

Rimmel’s idea of coordinating its packaging with that of its ingredient,i.e., cucumber is quite unique. The bling-game is strong here; I love the metallic streak the green packaging has. On top of it, the text in orange adds that perfect oomph to it. It is easy to spot amidst all the makeup on your dressing table whilst you are getting ready or when you are on the mascara hunt in your bag (girls know the bag drill ;)). To sum it up, 10/10 on the packaging <3.

Coming towards its formula, I really like how light-weight and clump-free it is. You are not going to get that heavy feeling upon application of this mascara. In addition to this, it is black, blacker and blackest (if I make sense, hehe *winks*).
The applicator or brush is finely designed according to the lash line and takes up each and every lash coating it perfectly well.

The scent is sure not to miss! Not many mascaras have it and I don’t know why, but I get that dreamy sensation because of the lovely scent it has. It really isn’t overpowering and quite appealing.

Okay, this mascara disappoints me when it comes to holding the lash curl. Yes, ladies, it is not so good at it *sigh*. It adds amazing length and indeed add that voluminous effect to my lashes, but… . does not hold my lash curl long enough. 😦

Pros:
-Light-weight
-Clump-free
-Gorgeous scent
-Perfectly designed applicator

Cons:
-Does not hold the lash curl long enough
-If you do not like its scent, it isn’t for you.

Have you tried the Rimmel London Wake Me Up Wonder’full Mascara? Thoughts?

See you soon,
Zk 🙂
