There are Mondays in which we are sometimes pumped with all the energy and positivism, and then there are Mondays when we feel a bit, meh, to be precise.
So, I thought today I’ll post something that will keep you stick to your goal and optimistic throughout the journey to it.

Not even in my wildest dreams the notion passed across my mind that I’d reach this milestone. I had my fair share of doubts and hesitations when I was deciding between to take, or, not take this plunge of blogging, but thanks to my sister for kickin’ my ass 😀
And it sure proved to be rewarding and fruitful! A big virtual hug and thank you to everyone out there who read, commented, liked and followed me; you guys have no idea how it keeps me motivated and positive.

My Thoughts:
May I please borrow good 5 minutes to just fully unleash how smitten I am by its packaging. I am head over heels with its artistic metallic packaging. To me, the metallic packaging gives it a luxurious appeal and in addition to this, protects the product much, much better. Girls, it’s sturdy and trendy; and I love it! ❤

Luscious Face Contour Kit
Luscious Cosmetics Face Contour Kit brings you 4 powders, a darker contour, a medium contour, a highlighter and an illuminator. I love the fact that they are formulated keeping in mind the skin-tones of Asian women, because trust me guys, hell breaks loose when we brown girls set our foot out to search that perfect contour shade.
All four of them are highly pigmented and gives off a really natural finish. The product blends well, stays put and looks good. 😉
I use the darker contour to define my cheekbones, jaw line and nose. Absolutely love the chisel it gives off.
Medium shade is my muse for the forehead and sometimes the nose. Actually, whether I want to use the darker or medium shade for my nose depends on my mood (I know it’s weird). If I am not in the mood for contour thingy, or to be more precise, lazy, I just grab a fluffy blush and use the medium shade to add warmth or a wash of color to my face so that I do not look like a zombie.Haha! 😀
Now, now, now! Let’s talk about the highlighter. I was a tad bit disappointed with it. Perhaps, it is meant for girls who are more towards that subtle highlight. As for me, I like it a bit dramatic or vivid. It seems too dull for it to be a highlighter. In my view, the illuminator does a far better job and photographs so well.
The illuminator can work well if you’re going for the strobe technique. But you got to be careful, make sure it aligns well with your complexion for it is a white powder with a sheen and might appear a bit whitish in your photographs if it doesn’t go too well with your complexion.
If you ask me, the illuminator has to be my most favourite of all 4. I love the glow and luminosity it adds to my face.
This Luscious Face Contour Kit does a fairly good job. However, Luscious Cosmetics, needs to up the game with regard to bringing versatility to their shade range and of course
a bit of a drama in the highlight pan won’t hurt much ;).
All in all, Luscious Cosmetics have literally nailed it if you talk about the formulation of the powders. Finely milled and absolutely gorgeous upon application!

Having been a victim of an unfortunate accident, I was recovering from my own predicament, when this news flashed and took me to a whole new scene.
I, with a really heavy heart, offer my deepest condolences and prayers to the victims and their families. May the Almighty strengthen their patience in this hour of difficulty and pain.
As a Muslim, I condemn this attack and the existence of the man who carried it out.We, as a community, are equally shocked and saddened. This isn’t us as the man portrayed. We, as a community, do not have any space for such barbaric humans and acts like every other community.
*PEEKABOO* because this is all I could do amidst exams and…. . Oh, there is so much going on lately!
To sum up, I am so so so DRAINED since these past few days. Having said that, I am quite elated with the fact that I shall be having my freedom in a matter of just a few days, i.e, 8th of June. But it’s really hard to hold on this long. *sigh*
A-level has really gotten on my nerves, I just can’t wait to get rid of this horrendous phase of my academics.
If there is anything on this Earth that’s helping me to cope up with my stress levels, it is this heavenly combination of milk chocolate with crisp hazel nuts.
Frankly speaking, I am not at all like one of those crazy mazy chocolate loving girls. But this literally won my heart. So rich and yummy. I always just take one chunk or two of whatever chocolates, some one brings but this bar, yeah man, I ate this entire bar; I was quite shocked because trust me when I say I do not eat chocolates much and I never buy any until and unless I have to gift it to anybody. Yes, I can hear you say, “You are weird, who doesn’t like chocolates?” But pals, this is how I am. ^_^
So, Lindt! Hands down 🙂 I have to ask my brother-in-law to get me this again. Oh, did I mention, this is perks of being a sister-in-law, that you are showered with surprises time to time.
